Sometimes, due to problems in the online system link between Employment Agency and Single Trades Register, employment officer can ask for a copy of the business registration certificate. When the Employment Agency releases the employment certificate, the information is send automatically to the following institutions: Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, Health Insurance Fund, and Public Revenue Office.
